“Matt Cutts” Google’s magic keyword? 0
During yesterday’s SEO Rockstars show with Matt Cutts I did a post about it on my SEO consulting blog and lo and behold, in comes a Googlebot - almost immediately! I asked about it in the chatroom on WebmasterRadio (there was a huge crowd of people in there before and during the show and a lot of stuff going on, including Matt Cutts answering some people in there from time to time) and all he did was joked about that Googlebot being himself - hmm I would understand the user agent string part, no problem with that, don’t we all do it at times, but the lack of referrer URLs when asking for every new file? - what the heck? Aw well, Matt has a sense of humour like he lets us see every once in a while. 
But talking seriously, I’ve noticed it with more than one site, on more than one occasion, even to the point when a brand new site mentioning Matt Cutts and not being promoted much got indexed by Google within a few hours - makes you wonder huh?
